Sony MEX-N4100BT you need to set the steering controls on the radio.
 To do this i will add instructions
· LEAVE THE UNIT IN STANDBY
· Press 'Menu' it will say 'set general' on the display
· Press 'Enter' display will change to 'set clockadj'
· Turn rotary encoder clockwise until you see 'set steering'
· Press 'Enter' and it will say 'str control'
· Press 'enter' it will say 'user'
· Turn rotary encoder clockwise until you see 'external'
· Press 'Enter' and is should now be set
· Exit menu by pressing menu button and steering remote controls should now all operate as expected.
